Brief de Design de Logo

We developed a large piece of medical equipment (2 meters tall, 1 meter wide) with the joint efforts of US tech people and Suisse engineers.

I would like a "badge" that goes onto the equipment yet secondary to the logo and product name which will acknowledge each group working together as "a unique product development venture" or "a unique joint venture" or "Suisse Build - American Tech" . I will accept similar wording as well - the idea is to let Customers know of its special origins.

Using each countries flag is likely the way to "badge" over the words but I am not closed minded on that.

It will likely be made into a highly shiny badge, I see it now as quite sharp machined edge like but it could also be more bulbous.

I believe it should be seen "installed" as about 3 inches in width and 1.5/2.0 inches in height. It could be installed in either a Horizontal or Vertical orientation.
