Brief de Design de Logo

We require a classy yet rustic logo design for the heavy blues rock group ROSE CARLEO BAND. Our original idea is to achieve an airbrushed-look logo based on the image of a classic car manufacturer's badge e.g Alpha Romeo, SAAB, BMW, FORD. The badge will include the name Rose Carleo Band, the acronym RCB in the centre with a rose (blue but maybe purple or red) in the centre of the 'C' and the band's catch phrase 'Keep On Rollin' - as guide please check out the band Bachman Turner Overdrive's logo. BUT we'd like the car badge to look aged with elements of rust, flakey paint or chrome and maybe some pitting. Perhaps reminiscent of a classic American muscle car of the 50's & 60's that been sitting in a barn for 40 years. We'd like emphasis on the shades of blue and rust similar to the attached image of a painting (yes, it is a painting!) of an old Ford by artist and friend of the band Jim Stagg. Well would also like an abbreviated version of the logo with just the acronym and rose which we are happy to pay separately for.
