Brief de Web Design

create a great landing page that will attract customers to subscribe to our web app. Our web app is a project manager for trades (electricians,plumbers, cabinet makers, flooring installers and many more. It helps them organize their projects , tracking tasks, inventory and more. We want to communicate several important benefits and strategies.Our app is simple easy to use and has no unnecessary functions. It is designed for busy shops.
We want to point out that we see our app as a an inclusive tool that values and needs the feedback of our users so we can improve it continously.
similar apps are knowify.com ( too complicated too many functions)

I uploaded 3 pdf's with landing page layouts that someone inhouse started
but the texts and wordings are bad and the overall look is not convincing enough.
