I need a logo that can be scaled to fit on a business card and work for Facebook. It will need to look good on a black background, white background and transparent background.

Kim Stewart will be running to become Sheriff of Dona Ana County. This logo will be on her business cards and website. She is a Democrats, and the logo needs to have "Democrat" in it and "Stewart for Sheriff". I'd like to have the outline of dona ana county but must have the sheriff star in the logo somewhere. Perhaps the name in the logo on top of the county outline..
