Brief de Design de Logo

We want to rebrand the existing logo. Logo is attached.
Line of business is the Travel-industry.
The current logo-font is Monteserrat. If you use another font is should remind a bit about Monteserrat.
The logo has to have a NEW illustration before the letters. (We also like one small alteration in the logotext as it was done in the old microsoft logo at the "o" - but it is entirely up to you as a designer)
