Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo to introduce a new website to promote the colorful world of the international bartender, beverage expert, brand ambassador, cocktail connoisseur and mixologist, introducing their cocktail recipes. This website will be basically a content-heavy website and should be seen as a tribute to the global beverage professional (as well as create a platform for cocktails by and for "famous people") past as well as present, most especially to the "unknown" bartender, rather then bar celebrities.
The logo should also contain options to be (partially) used as an app icon.
We expect our logo to present a stylish, premium and global image.

• – A logo that projects authority (in our field)
• – A logo that projects class and high standards
• – Cocktailbook in sans serif font type, fonts classy & trendy

Bien d'avoir

• At one point we were thinking to use a rooster with colorful feathers (the symbol of cock's tail), possibly with a cocktail glas (drinking, holding, presenting, preferably with its wings rather then with its claws), but using a rooster is ABSOLUTELY NO MUST. Colors: black, (ice) blue, indigo, purple,bronze and/or gold.
