Brief de Design de PowerPoint

We need ppt design for an ad agency re-branding, agency is based in Moscow, Russia. Our specifics is brand audit, consulting and strategy in web and offline.
We decided to do re-branding because our current agency does not answer the purpose and we need a kind of "second breath".
The idea of re-branding appeared because of many changes that happened in company: new clients, new projects level, new team.
So we'd like to promote company of changes and design should show this spirit as possible.
