Brief de Web Design

Hi,
I have a Divi theme website running on Wordpress and I need a design.

Designs must be possible with standard Divi theme and minimal/no CSS customization or similar. if this is required please note this in submission. Also, please note mobile and device usage which must be universal.

Divi Theme:

Target Market: education, online training, IT training, digitalization, digital transformation, disruption

Target Group: IT students, IT Management students, IT companies showing examples, IT companies recruiting, lectures, trainers, training companies

Look and Feel:
- Elegant, Playful, Fresh, Plain, Personable, Economical

Main Colors:
- Background: mainly white/light grey (like logo), a few parts maybe in orange (like the logo colors)
- design elements: logo colors (grey, dark yellow – orange, and one extra color: a darker blue that fits to the logo colors)
- text: grey, black, white - depending on background, good readable

Form
- round buttons
- full with
- responsive for desktop, tablet and mobile (divi is supporting this ;)
- animation like on the Divi layout for e-courses (see below)

I have attached:
- logo files (ai, png, jpg, eps)
- some design parts that I like (samples for blocks)

To be delivered:
- divi layout (zipped json files)
- all pictures, icons, and illustrations (high res. : ai, psd, eps, jpg, png)

I need at least 20 building blocks (see examples I uploaded) for homepage, landing page, shop, product page, marketing, landing, about us, etc. The building blocks could be
- Slider (for home page) (I like the light bulbs in one of the examples)
- Content blocks with illustrations
- Get started area (free & premium)
- Choose a plan
- Our Process (5-6 steps)
- Woocommerce shop page
- Woocommerce product page
