Brief de Design de Logo et Carte de Visite

I need a logo design for my martial arts business which is based in the San Fransisco bay area. My business is called "MMH Martial Arts" and our martial arts we practice/teach is heavily based on Shotokan Karate. My martial arts classes are targeted to anyone who is interested in the martial arts discipline;thus, we have a variety of ages in my group ranging from 4 to 65 years old. The goal of my martial arts class is to promote discipline, respect, focus, self-confidence, self -defense, and staying healthy. So MMH Martial Arts would like to see a design that uses any of the following colors blue, red, black, and white. MMH Martial Arts also would like see some characteristics of modern designs and a traditional designs. The final design should communicate the core aspects of martial arts such as fitness and health, discipline, strength, prosperity, harmony, energy, and confidence.
