Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for my solo-preneur business guiding forest therapy walks mostly in North Chicagoland:
F o r e s t I m m e r s i o n
(my WHY) *exploring the interplay of human and other-than-human worlds
(my what) guided mindful walks in forested pockets of our modern world
Logo needs to be simple to layer with photos such as attached. Will use the logo on blurry part of photos in light or dark contrast.
Challenge: communicate my business name, my WHY* and WHAT (tag line) for a text - image overlay on a photo, plain white, or for example, paper with hand-made and nature look.

Forest Bathing, guided mindful nature walks, logo to be used with posts, facebook page, website and promotional materials. Name: Forest Immersion; description: mindful nature walks

The walks are based on the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku (forest bathing). They offer scientifically supported health benefits, reduce stress, etc and are a way to enhance problem solving and creative thinking.

my target market is women ages 45+ with a love of nature, wellness, being creative and perhaps spirituality too.

I like the logo for Shinrin Yoku LA, I like the Japanese symbol: enzo as a symbol meaning everything and nothing, I prefer lower case letters to express a softer feeling - especially for the line: mindful nature walks; symmetry or assymmetry; needs to work over a photo on the blurry part or as a stand alone; participants may discover awe on a walk and if this could be expressed in the logo, that would be great; the experiences guide participants into new and sometimes profound experiences in relationship with nature.
