Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for a Ship Repair company. We are located at the Panama Canal and provide ALL services for Ship Repair Needs. It is essentially a "one-stop-workshop". We have a group of companies that we want to bring under the same brand. The new brand will be "Balboa Shipyard". Possibly the logo can say "Balboa Shipyards - At the Panama Canal" or maybe "Balboa Shipyards). Somehow we want to portray professionalism, strategic location, perhaps link it to the Panama Canal. our current website is www.mecshipyards.com (MEC stands for Marine Engineers Corporation" we also have an instagram account @mecshipyards. I'd like to have initial sentiment to include the colors of the Panama Flag (red, white, and blue) or a combination of them. Our current promise is: "Right, On Time, On Budget".
