Brief de Design de Logo

I have recently taken over a Business called "Espress Organics Ltd" and would like a new modern logo. The business is a number of Coffee kiosks/shops on London stations. The company sells some organic food. The logo will be used as the shop sign, on menu's, on promotional material, letter heads and may be on the cups. I would like the logo to be 'fun and friendly' (not too corporate!).
