Brief de Design de Logo

Looking for a logo that represents fitness/personal training that will appeal to both men and women ages 40+.
The logo is for personal trainer Jesse Sims who provide personal training in Sonoma County, helping his clients achieve their fitness, toning and nutritional goals. The logo should NOT be overly masculine as the target client is looking to lose weight, tone body and improve quality of health.
I am open to color ideas.
