Brief de Design de T-shirt

I needa logo for a hockey jersey that can also be used going forward. I am putting a Showcase event together where universities come and watch players. This is a high end event and need the logo to standout/be classy but pop. I would like the logo to be named Snipe City Showcase keeing in mind that I might just use the logo for another event like a hockey team called Snipe City or Snipe City Storm for ex.
I would like to see it lais out with: Snipe (then a round crest like a hockey puck with the toronto skyline within the puck somehow) then City (with the i or the t being the CN tower) then was thinking the whole thing could be underlined with a hockey stick (where I could put the words either Showcase or Storm depending on the event)
Was thinking black, shades of grey and silver (with option of lime green in it or baby blue in it to help make it pop) for the colours within the logo.
