Does the design need to be a specific boxer?

It cannot be a specific boxer. There is no licensing agreement with anyone.

a full body must?? or you may accept top half body??

Can you let me know what you think of my design?

I like the colors, and the idea you have but I don't really like the background or the boxers. It looks too much like they're wearing shirts. They need some more detail. The background has too much going on that doesn't fit together.
