Brief de Design de Logo

This company manages my various construction companies. It’s primarily Electrical and communications cabling at the moment.
I’m looking for a branding logo that will stand alone without the need for the name after a period of time and advertising.
My thought process using the word element was elements of the trade, combining primary service elements etc.

We are coastal based so I was also thinking along the lines of weather elements; natural elements for our emergency service division, earth, wind, rain, fire.

This logo will be used for letterheads, screen printing or embroidery to uniforms and business cards.
