In order to get the perfect logo for your business, communicating with designers is crucial. Aldo we are ceratives we can't read anyones mind, therefore we need guidance. I'm not talking about "designeres" who just find nice font and put it next to some generic clipart, I'm talking about generating idea taking all provided informations, sketching, matching, drawing and presenting the logo to the customer. Since this is the only right way in doing it, that can be time consuming and, therefore, I expect at least rating if not the whole feedback. I spent some time working on design. I could spend it working on some other project, on other platforms or just chilling with my family.
Remember, the logo is the face of your company. If it's not done right it just another generic thing you payed that is useless.
