Brief de Design de Logo

The name of our restaurant is “KYU” which means 9 in japanaese. We are located in the 9th district of Paris which is in the city center, surrounded by offices and schools.
We provide asian fusion style fresh and healthy food, our main product is Hawaiian style fresh fish poke bowls, japanese sushi burritos and hongkong style bubble waffle with ice cream.
90% of our sale would be for take away or delivery, so we need a logo for our commercial sign, also printable for our packagings.
We need the logo to be easy to understand and to remember by everyone.
