Brief de Web Design

I am looking to have a first page created for a new crowd funding website that knocks down the biggest hurdle that creative types and start ups face, legal costs. For creative projects and innovative products, we are providing intellectual property and certain other legal services wrapped into the project costs.

I am using a white label crowdfunding platform that that has a standard look and feel of most crowdfunding sites e.g. tiles with campaigns, listing of campaigns categories, create new campaign options, and donate to campaigns etc. The white label program is branded with the KarmaKrowd logo and colors. At present there is a front page that is just a place holder for someone at DesignCrowd's great design! What I need is an eye-catching first page that visually and through content optimizes the KarmaKrowd brand. (There should be space for content for those looking to raise money and those looking to donate to campaigns.)

www.kickstarter.com is, of course, the reigning King of crowdfunding. They have been so successful that they no longer have to entice people to launch campaigns there. (So they don't speak as much to those looking to raise money.) Unlike Kickstarter, of the challenges is that I have two customers I need to engage. The first is the potential crowdfund campaign owner who is looking to raise money. The second customer is the donor.

I am looking for a smart page from a marketing standpoint that also grabs you. One should feel the energy of "the crowd" when they look at the page.

Some information regarding the logo: The font is Kabel BK BT. The primary blue is R33, G121, B 159. Hex21799F and the primary greenis R179, G210, B54 Hex B3D236. The third file is a slight variation on the KK logo that you are free to use as well. (Unfortunately, I don't have all the color information for that one readily available.) If you need more files, please just let me know.
