Brief de Design de Carte Postale

We are building a medical office building in Texas. We want to start listing the building for lease immediately. We need a postcard that shows the aspects of the building with all of our contact information. I will give you a couple postcard options that you can sample ideas from, but be sure to use the pictures that I attach. We may have to swap out pictures as we get better ones in the next few days, but please use the ones included.

We would like the front of the postcard to say Gateway Medical Plaza at Texoma Medical Center. NOW LEASING. Include the file called "Denison Rendering" on the front. Put the Sina Companies logo attachment on the front as well. Include our website "www.SinaCompanies.com" somewhere on there as well.

The back we want to be all of the pictures and text on the left side. The right side will be the same right side as the attachment marked "Sina Companies Postcard - Back". The left side will include the picture marked "Site Plan". It will also have the text "February 2019 Occupancy", "Custom Medical Suites Built to Suit", "Competitive Rental Programs", and "Tenant Ownership Programs". And use the same bottom layout for the bottom left as the Postcard - Back again, but change the phone number to be 214-674-4055. The website, logo, email, and name will be the same.

I am quick with the updating of the changes needed, so always be on the lookout for when I add some changes. Good luck!
