First, thank you for making a submission.  But I''m not a designer, so it''s tough for me to offer suggestions.. try this... don''t do that.  All I know whether I like a design logo, or don''t like it.  I have a submission from another designer that I will definitely go with unless something comes in over the next 3 days that is better.  but I don''t think that will happen.  My team really likes the logo we have chosen.  We might also award 2nd and 3rd place, but right now, your design would not be in the top three.  Thank you again for submitting your design.  You''re talented, just not a fit for our brand.  Best of luck on future projects.
