Brief de Print Design

Right Now I have 4 pricing sheets that look very disorganized. They are for 4 different options of services I offer with 3 different options to pay for each service (pay each time you come in, prepaid package, or a monthly option). People get confused from this outline so looking to make this easier to understand and better looking. You can reorganize the pricing as you see fit as long as it makes sense. (ex: using columns or rows or a graph) These images are going to be made into standard sized posters (i think that is 5 feet by 7 feet?)

Instead of designing all 4 of the attached files below you can choose 1 of them to show your example of work. I will assume that style will apply to all 4 sheets if I choose your work - also need 1 sheet that can print out on paper that will show all treatments on front and back of paper.
