Brief de Design de Logo
We need a logo and script design for a new hair salon based in Columbus, OH called 'Venus and Mars'. We provide luxury grooming and beauty services to both men and women. The name, Venus and Mars is a play on the popular saying "Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus." Our aim is to provide an experience that is "out of this world" to men (who are from Mars) and women (who are from Venus).
Although those are my initial thoughts, I am still open to unique, creative ideas from designers. All I ask is that the final design should communicate sophistication, class, and luxury in a simplistic, minimalist way. I would like a black and white design with gold as an accent.
There are three components I'm looking for to be able to market in various places:
1) VM logo
2) "Venus & Mars" script
3) "An experience out of this world" script
I've attached a couple "M" design inspirations and luxury script inspirations.

- Here are a few of my thoughts on the design:
- 1) The two middle strokes of a capital "M" is a "V" - if possible, please play on this by emphasizing the "V" inside of an "M" in some way (e.g. color, texture, placement, etc).
- 2) Also, to play on the slogan "An experience out of this world" - it could be nice to have this design positioned outside of a circle, which would represent earth.
