Brief de Design de Logo

Our company is starting up in Singapore and aims to provide quality courses for both schools (students) and offices in all things related with critical thinking and discourse. This includes competitive debating, public speaking, presentation skills, etc.
We'd like a logo design that is simple, minimalist, professional. Preferably the word 'think' highlighted(either bolded, or different colour or different type of font etc.) Creative freedom on colour choice, but please stick to 2 colours max.
(Sample below is just 1 randomly put together by a member of our team as an idea of what we mean by minimalist.)
