Brief de Design de Couverture de Livre

We need a book cover design for Gary Wilbers' new book, (Title) Positive Culture Wins, (subtitle) In Business and Life. Gary was a successful business owner for many years. He now uses his experience to help small business owners and leaders reach their fullest potential through coaching, training, speaking and writing. He operates Ascend Business Strategies (goascend.biz) and is looking for a cover to entice small business owners and/or leaders to want to read his newest creation.

The business, Ascend Business Strategies, colors are black, white and deep red but he would prefer to use a different color scheme for this work. He likes dark blues but we do not want to stifle your creativeness.

The final design should communicate, Positive Cultures Win.

We plan on adding a small logo and image of Gary to the back of the book near the summary (which is included).

SPECIFICATIONS: We will self-publish through createspace. Here is a link to the cover specs: https://www.createspace.com/Products/Book/CoverPDF.jsp The book will be 6x9 trim size, in black and white, 202 pages total, on white paper. The cover, spine & back must be on this design in the dimensions and other specifications in the link above.
