Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company based in Perth, Australia called Gran Designs WA. The WA is short for West Australia. We market modular buildings and are focused on the residential ancillary housing market or secondary dwellings at the back of peoples homes/primary residences. In West Australia they are called Granny Flats because that is where your elderly parents/grand parents live when they are too old to live by themselves and too able or don't want to move into an old persons home. Our buildings are either modular prefabricated dwellings or reconditioned sea containers. Below is a snapshot of our marketing strategy;

Vision: To help the families and communities of WA with affordable, alternative housing solutions that are eco-friendly and sustainable.
