Brief de Design de Logo

We would love to have a logo design for our new regional (country) property subdivision, located in the township of Metung, East Gippsland, Victoria, Australia.
The property is located in a natural setting, with mountains to the north, waterways to the south and beside a country club / golf course.
We would like to see natural colours (blues, greens, yellows, browns) in the design with the possibility of a highlight colour to, brighten but, still maintain the overall natural look.
The design should communicate uniqueness, comfort and space.
