Brief de Design de Logo
SafeIQ (http://www.safeiq.com/) needs a logo for a new website called UglyMugs.org.
UglyMugs.org is going to be a global network of ugly mug schemes.
Ugly Mug schemes are sex worker safety schemes, e.g.
www.uglymugs.ie
Much like we have global networks of sex work projects, e.g. http://www.nswp.org/, we are setting up a global network of ugly mug schemes.
The site will be a wordpress site.
We don't have specific colours in mind.
We do not want anything sexy looking, like boobs etc, thank you!

Just a note to say we do not want any violent logos depicting crime or criminals. Yes, ugly mug schemes are about these things, but we don't want our logo to focus on the negative like that, we'd rather focus on positives like sex workers working together, sharing information, staying safe etc. Thanks.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: We are giving this one more day as we still haven't found a design we are happy with. Usually we find designs we are happy with fast on DesignCrowd.com, but this job seems to be a little different.
Please note we do not want design featuring cups, or anything violent or ugly looking. Yes we are "ugly mugs" but we do not want to focus on the negatives of crime with the logo, we want to focus on the more positive idea of sex workers sharing information globally to help each other stay safe.
The idea of a joined up "UM" followed by "UglyMugs.org" we do like, because we do call ugly mug schemes UM for short and the joined up UM is a unique symbol, flowing to show connectivity, maybe if something about the colours indicated global, it would just be a case of finding an attractive logo like that.
