Brief de Design Wordpress

I need an attractive SEO friendly WordPress design.

Incorporating all of the latest design standards in a graceful and appealing way. I'd like to see CTA's for for funeral consulting services. People should be able to purchase my consulting services directly from the website so I'd like to see nice buttons.

Funeral Consulting Services are the main topic for this website.

I also have an iOS app called Riparadise in the iOS App Store. I want buttons and CTAs so that users can download the app right to their iOS device(s). Make this a secondary focus.

I want more of a mobile focus as that is where I expect the most traffic. Mobile users like to act quickly and they also like to scroll if their interest is captured so I want the design to reflect that.
