Brief de Design de Logo

I require a logo for a web based software package I am creating, the logo will be used on the site and used as the software branding. The logo needs to be unique and an icon on it that can be used as a iphone/ipad app icon.

An example of this is for another package I have developed Ground Control www.launchgroundcontrol.co.uk

The system is a safety auditing system that is web based and has a mobile app this is used for doing onsite health and safety inspections onsite and recording the outcome. The logo needs to work on a plain white background but also on a red background as this the color that will be used in the application.

I happy to look at designs that have a icon but you may also what to try doing some work on the 'E' so the 'E' becomes the icon followed by text 'audits'.
