Brief de Design Wordpress

We are a relatively new Accounting Firm in Sydney with a primary focus on the Not-For-Profit sector. We need a complete re-design of our wordpress based website: www.refugeaccounting.com.au

We already have a logo design which we would like to keep using. See uploaded files.

We have a simple menu stucture:
- Home
- About Us
- Our Services
- Contact Us
(Suggestions welcome!)

Happy for it to be a single page scrolling website linked via the menu. We would like the "Our Services" page/section to have icons for the following:
- Bookkeeping
- Payroll
- Accounting
- Training
- Consulting
- Projects

We'd like a banner at the top of the page below the menu, and a place for testimonials, possibly integrated into the body or to the side. Images and icons to be included would be great.

Our main aim is to have an elegant and modern website that works well on all devices.
