Brief de Design de Brochure

Hi,

We are a real estate company based in Europe.

We have almost finalized a rebranding.

We are developing a brand book guidelines (still on working process) to help you undertstand the look and feel of our new CI. I would like to receive proposals of design for a corporate brochure template. I need to receive the Indesign files with full ownership rights to be able to adapt all our documentation with this template.
Regarding the images, you can take gabaris on www.thinkstockphotos.com. I will be able to take them afterwards.

There will be 4 pages. you will receive the 4 pages on pdf for your consideration with our (almost) actual layout.

- 1st page: cover
- 2nd page: company presentation in french and english
- 3rd page: some market data + graph
- 4th page: 2 retail centers presentation.

In the template, i need to have:
- the paragraph styles in order
- 2 different masters with top/bottom/page number aso.
