Brief de Design Graphique

I need a graphic design to use for paper ad and website front page. We do a pure and very powerful personal development course called Avatar Course.
The design is for the 2 day workshop called "ReSurfacing" which is the section 1 of the Avatar Course.
I want the design that attracts people with higher intention who want to improve themselves and the world by awakening their consciousness, with kindness and compassion.
I will provide a logo to be used in the design.
Please reference below websites, these are the official websites for the course, and I want the design to have feelings of these images:

"avatar" logo can be incorporated in the back ground image or used in smaller scale.
"ReSurfacing" is the tile of this design.
Please use "Techniques for Exploring Consciousness" under "ReSurfacing".
