Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for a new company called Lyoness Digital, it is a Digital Marketing company that aims to help women entrepreneurs make their ventures profitable and successful through business consulting and business development.

I would like to see the colors Red, black and white if necessary. I'd like a modern, clean yet powerful design, that shows the strength and power of women. I'd like the logo to express the name of the company really well so that when you see the logo even without the writing it makes sense and it makes you think of the name.
