We need to create a company logo.
Even though the company has over 10 years in the Colombian market it has never had a proper logo.
The company is a real state company and is family owned.
We are small company and planning to be that way for a while.
The services we offer are mostly done by the owners, thus is a personalized service. and generates great confidence within our clients.
Clients love that since owners are very professional, loyal and close to their customers. Actually most of the clients Friends and Family.
Current real state logos form the other companies are horrible, thus we want one that can stand by itself. With Values of Modern, TRUST, and service.
We do not want bright colours in the logo. Preferably white, black and tones of gray. Should work also with those same colours in the background.
The final result should communicate to be a close and stable company.

The logo must show that the company has over 12 year in the market, that has earned a close relationship with their clients. Very personalized relationship with their clients.
The log has to show TRUST, this is why we propose white because is a calm color.

We target tow audiences people who give us their property so we manage it and people who are searching for a place to rent.
From Middle class to high class .
The ages varies from mid 20's to 60's.
The people have stable jobs and all sorts of educations levels.
Our market is conservative and a bit old: Ages from: 40 to 60 years.
There are not much into design. Therefore we want a logo that can show that is modern compared to the other realtors but still find the bran approachable.
