Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo that depicts the plight of young people (formerly foster care youth) at risk in NYC, and/or describes a new(non-profit) center in NYC where they can come together to form community and learn the basic skills they need to compose a successful life. MODI or Movin' On Dream Initiative should be part of the design. Logo example: Leaves from a tree expressing the needs and/or hope of young people at risk such as: family, community, home, work, support,belonging, to dream, etc Colors should be earth tone. Leaves are just one example; we would like to see any ideas that reflect the kind of hope that is inspiring.

The logo should say in a picture or graph who we are, what we do and illustrate the need. For example, the name of the organization is the “Movin’ On Dream Initiative” a.k.a. "MODI" taken from the word modify which means to change. MODI is a new non-profit organization to address the needs of young people aging out of foster care in NYC.
