Brief de Design de Logo

We're looking for a logo for a new company we're starting called Compass. Compass will provide patients a dental "insurance" alternative, giving them options for products, dental cleaning visits, and discounts on restorative treatments for a low monthly fee. We like the idea of using a compass in the logo somehow, and would like to keep it black/white/gray. This company is something that is new and exciting, and will really make a difference for people that are losing their dental insurance.

We like the idea of having a logo that is separate from the word Compass, so we have flexibility in using it with or without the name.

The other branch of our parent company using Myriad Pro font. We really like the look of it, but want something different for this. It needs to be professional looking, so far we've played around with Adobe Garamond Pro in all caps, but are open.
