This sounds like an interesting project that I would like to work on, but unfortunately the payment is not guaranteed. Making the payment guaranteed will draw higher quality designers giving you a better chance at receiving more quality submissions. Guaranteeing the payment shows that you are serious which means the designers will be more serious as well. If you decide to guarantee the payment please let me know. Thanks.

Also, is this project for the cover photo of the Facebook page or an advertisement for Facebook?

I wasn't quite sure how the guaranteed payment works - does that mean I pay the entire sum at the end of the tender, and this includes the fee for the winning designer? Or is there a fee + the payment to tender?

It's a tricky one, we're a professional services firm so we're looking for a long-term partner, but we also don't want to waste money on a submission that doesn't impress us. I did mention in the description that this project will mean future business for the winning designer - is that not enough incentive?

You mention your competitors using tech as a focus. Are you wanting to put a focus on tech as well?

Also, do you want the full logo or just the tree in the design? Either way can you upload a high resolution (preferably vector) file of the logo?
