Brief de Design de Logo

We're looking for a logo for a small bbq and catering business. We want the logo to be caricature of my dad (pics provided) holding a meat prong with a slab of brisket on it. We prefer for it be circular. We have attached several photos of him below to help capture what we are looking for. Papa Kev is known for his big smile and awesome mustache so it is important to have both of those features. The photo with two other guys in the photo along with Papa Kev is blurry but captures the excited energy we would like the caricature to portray. Additionally if he can be wearing the apron pictured below that would be great. We do not have a color scheme in mind so are open to whatever the designers think looks best.
