Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a "to be established recruitment agency", which is called "TALENT NETWORK", based in Switzerland (therefore the URL is "TALENTNETWORK.CH").
The recruitment agency "TALENT NETWORK" will focus on national & international talented candidates for the Swiss job market.
We will be mainly working with international companies that have their international or European headquarter based in Switzerland and look for English-speaking talented candidates for their companies' vacant positions in Switzerland.

This means that different COMPANIES and CANDIDATES will be expected to work with the recruitment agency on the basis of a so called "MEMBERSHIP":
(a) i.e. a "membership" for the best candidates (max. 100 people) we have screened for the Swiss job market (-->these people is what we will then call our "Talent")
(b) i.e. a "membership" for companies who are looking for talent for a job vacancy in Switzerland.

So what is important regarding the logo is to catch the following 3 buzzwords:
(i) a certain EXCLUSIVENESS (membership / talented people / topjobs / cool-companies-to-work-for / etc.)
(ii) TALENT (top-of-the-bill / better-than-the-rest / something-special / just different)
(iii) NETWORK (connection / membership)

We have decided to change the contest to "payment commited" (instead of refundable).

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: Thanks a lot so far; sorry, currently on a business trip in Japan and will choose winning design together with co-founder upon my return. Please feel free to submit additional designs in the meantime.
