Brief de Design de Flyer

I need a 2 sided printed flyer designed to showcase our company, Apex Upholstery. We specialize in custom Upholstery work on booths, banquettes, chairs, etc for restaurants, bars, cafes, medical clinics, schools, condo towers, etc. I need the flyer to combine a brief description and history of the company, the logo, address & contact info as well as several provided project photos with a title of that job and company. Finally I need to have a some sort of list to show the different clients we have worked with.
Those clients include:
Rogers Place
The Grand Villa Casino
Earls
Boston Pizza
IHOP
Cactus Club
Original Joes
State & Main
West Edmonton Mall
University of Alberta
Mikado
And Many more.
This is the brief description of the company needed:
Apex Upholstery has been serving North America for over 60 years. The company began as a family owned and operated business and has grown into a complete manufacturing facility. We can carry your vision straight through the manufacturing process, from initial drawings to finished product, including foam, fabric, framework, and associated millwork. Our 25,000 square foot facility has computer controlled cutters for both fabric and wood cutting capabilities. We have the capacity to take an original design and create products to meet your specifications, or adapt our standardized designs to fit your vision. We have a library of standard configurations that are customizable to meet almost any requirements.

I will include the logo image and the several other photos that I would like to be used. One of the photos (the grand villa casino) I would like used in a bigger capacity.
I would like the look to be clean, simple and modern, but also incorporate some depth of a perhaps a few different shades of blues, greys, blacks and whites, similar to the logo design. I will attach a few photo examples of design I liked.

• Different Shades of blue, grey and black as the color themes.

Bien d'avoir

• The logo improved and turned into a separate vector file for future use would be a major plus.
• Some sort of leather looking fabric (grey, dark grey or some shade of blue) as a background to show more of an upholstery look if possible.
• -Use of all 13 provided photos if possible.
• -Logos of all the clients we have worked with.
