Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for my new IT Consultancy company, called Code Nomads. We are a group of software developers ("Code") from all around the world, who came to Amsterdam for work ("Nomads"). We are not regular developers, we are the best developers! We work with the newest technologies, we come up with innovative ideas to help our clients improve and we are open. We share our knowledge in meetups, blogs, webinars and at conferences. The design should represent the way we think about technology, software, innovation and our open and sharing minds. The logo should be modern and state a clear message that people understand what our company Code Nomads is all about.
