Brief de Design de Logo
Updated Brief:
We need an logo design for use across all branding - Full Colour, White Out, Black and White.
For a new UK limited company based in the UK called Social Revel which is a Social Media and Digital Consultancy. The name is a play on the word Social Rebel - to be different and against the social norm.
We need an original logo that is vibrant, engaging, fresh and relaxed and against the grain of generally uptight, un-engaging, boring corporate consultancy logos. We are a sociable, talkative, hard working, fun, knowledgeable.
Colours we would like to see used is Purple with an complimenting supporting colour.
The logo will be mostly present on social media so must work in a square, and be adaptable to work as an favicon.
The final design should be a clever logo that communicates creativity, clarity, vibrancy, energy and modern and should make clients want to engage with us. (lively but dedicated). A brand we really like (and know) is digital mother hustles https://www.motherhustles.com/ who has the vibrancy and boldness we want to convey. However, don't like the logo. Think 'sporty' to emulate vibrancy and energy.
We do not want to see communication speech bubbles, handshakes, or people/head silhouettes, or other over used icons in consultancy logos etc. We are after something completely different, abstract if needed.
Open to font ideas.

We are going to update the brief and extend the deadline. We don't think we have found the right logo yet. Whilst we had some good submissions, nothing quite encapsulated the brief in its entirety.
The design has to be able to scale down into a favicon and not many of the designs could not do that successfully. The image is going to be used across social media platforms so it needs to be able to scale for those platforms.
They also need to be white out background, black and white and colour.
There were also dissappointingly lots of submissions that either had the Must have Nots ( Speech bubbles, head or body silhouettes) or were stock logo images with the word Social Revel put on it.
We want an original design. A bold icon with the word Social Revel.
We will message again when the brief has been updated.

There wasn't one design that truly captured the brief. The logo/icon needs to be able to scale down to a flavicon (the images will be across social media sites and therefore needs to look good small. Not many of the designs submitted could not do that successfully . The brief will be updated and you will be messaged once it has been done.
