Design a new corporate umbrella logo for a parent company with 4 existing subsidiaries (which have existing logos - not to be changed)

PLease note that ideally we would like an anchor icon that can eventually exist on its own to be tied to our existing logos.
The anchor will be used in a situation such as:
"Company A logo" - a division of "Anchor icon"
