We are re-branding from BIGDOG Payments to our new company BDP Call Center. BIGDOG Payments is often misunderstood as a collections office, and we don't want that for BDP Call Center. BIGDOG Payments logo used a bulldog on it, we like the bulldog, but it doesn't have to be on the new BDP Call Center logo.
BDP Call Center is going to be apart of the professional business world and it must represent that, we are not selling cotton candy for children.I want the new logo to be clean, professional, memorable and modern.
I would like to see what the new logo would like, with and without a bulldog and i don't it to look angry. There are two images in the attachment, we would like to possibly see an option of a blended combination of the two because we like the look of the Midigator logo, it must not be exactly the same. Please feel free and open to provide other options following the perimeters of the content provided above. Modern business professional with a swing of fun but focusing on business professional. I would like to see the color staying red and black to mimic the old logo.
Please see the fulfillment lab business card. On a complete random thought, we recently saw some branding at a trade show that we thought was cool, modern and professional but maybe a little too much fluff, i don't know. Yet, we liked the creativity of making a potentially boring business exciting. But, please keep in mind we are not selling colored pop corn to children's birthday parties.

- A brand that can be used along with other actions such as in the example of the fulfillment lab business card with the addition of the personalized emoji characters, but please note, we need to continue to be business professional. We are not necessarily saying we want to have personalized emoji characters, we just think it is interesting to have a brand that can be played off into other areas for example; our new business focus is call center services providing customer service to B2B clients. We will continue to provide chargeback processing as in our industry has high chargeback ratios to purchases. As well, we will continue for these same clients to have a division that secures high risk merchant accounts to businesses selling products deemed high risk due to the nature of the business for example subscription based program, hemp/cannabis (no marijuana leaves in branding remember business professional). Other verticals would included travel, medicals precedures out of country, online gambling the list goes on.
