Brief de Design de Logo

This is a residential/commercial real estate investment company. We buy property, renovate, and resell them. The design will be the business name only, True Grit Property Group. I'm looking for creative fonts that is easily readable but yet distinct as this will be my branding. The colors to use are Navy Blue, Red, and Brown. I will want this colored design, a white tones, and black tones design as well.

Please keep in mind that True Grit was an old western movie. Be creative and original. I'm not looking for canned out of the box previous design efforts.
