Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for a long standing Medical General Practice. The Practice has been operating for over 25 years and has a very loyal patient base. They Doctors cover all aspects of general health and it considered to be a 'family practice'. We want something simple and visually appealing that will incorporate the name of the business (possibly over 3 lines) and a noticeably medical symbol. The logo is to be something that we can use on stationery,transmit electronically, on websites and other medias that will not be too busy when printed as alot of correspondence is still printed. The colours are to be blue, grey, navy with a little hint of red (but not too much red). The Practice is also well known for its regular skin cancer clinic and surgeries done by the principal doctor.
