Brief de Design de Flyer

I’m looking for an letter size flyer(two sided, full bleed) for my real estate photography business Photo 941 to introduce my business to local real estate agents and brokers.

I’d prefer if this final project is done in adobe indesign cc to make it easy for me to switch out photos later on.
This is a start up business and I don’t have a large portfolio of photos yet so feel free to pull images off of the website or use stock photos. I’m planning on switching out the photos as I build out my portfolio.

I put together an outline with content for the flyer. You don’t have to use all of the content if it begins to over crowd things.

• I’d like to have two versions of the pricing/packages section. 1 with normal pricing and one with special pricing overlaid somehow so that I can occasionally have some type of sale pricing (“Grand Opening”, “ Pre-Season Specials”, etc…)

• Classy and elegant, but with a bit of an modern edge to it.
• Here is the light blue color that is in my logo and on the website.
• Light Blue - hex #008bcd - C80 M30 Y0 K0
• I prefer a monochromatic feel, but I’m open to other ideas as long as the light blue is featured.
• I'd like the flyer to be designed to feature the information in my attached content pdf rather than fit my content into one of the comps I attached.
