Brief de Design de Logo

We need a new logo for a real estate company we are launching called "Clear Home Realty". The company's value proposition is that we are doing more through technology i.e. virtual walk through's, social advertising, data targeting, ai bots for questions, and a mobile application for constant communication. Or target audience includes educated millennials with high moderate to high net worth in the MD, DC, VA, and NJ areas. The colors we are looking for is a mix of carbon grey and a light blue between a cyan and dark turquoise. The logo design needs to pop when on a sliver metal hanging sign but also work on variations with black and white backgrounds. I don't necessarily need a icon in the logo but am not opposed to it if it fits our theme. I uploaded a few variations of other logos that have elements we are looking for.
