Brief de Design de Brochure
I need an brochure for my office, and since I want to be able to mail the brochure, I think trifold would be the best size. I treat patients with chronic head and neck pain, as well as sleep apnea. I treat all of the following:
1. headaches
2. myofascial pain, which is a fancy way of saying muscle pain
3. neuropathic pain, which is a fancy way of saying nerve pain
4. TMJ, which stands for the temporomandibular joint (jaw joint)
5. obstructive sleep apnea
The colors will be based on my logo on my website, which you can see at www.LoveOFP.com, and you can learn more about what I do at my website. OFP stands for orofacial pain, which is a speciality training within the field of dentistry but I do not treat teeth. I have high resolution graphics for the brochure so I need someone with an artistic eye to design and lay out the brochure.

- I want a small section of the brochure to feature each of the five areas I treat, and I have included an image to place in each of the five sections. A small section should include a short bio of me, which you can condense from www.loveofp.com/rich. The brochure must appeal to women since 80% of my patients are female but I don't want to completely ignore men. Most of the pain patients are female, and most of the sleep apnea patients are male.
